UDIA WA Awards for Excellence 2020

Cedar Woods is honoured to have been recognised at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Awards for Excellence in February, winning an award for Environmental Excellence at Bushmead & taking out the coveted Judge’s Choice Award, for Hamptons Edge at Mariners Cove in Mandurah.

Cedar Woods also placed as finalists for Excellence in Marketing, Hamptons Edge at Mariners Cove & Masterplanned Development for The Rivergums, Baldivis.

WA UDIA CEO Tanya Steinbeck said: “There is a common theme among these award winners, with many having a significant focus on high levels of social amenity that benefit residents and the surrounding local community.”
