Cedar Woods recognises the importance of community. We proudly go above and beyond our statutory obligations to support grass roots community organisations through our Neighbourhood Grants.
Introduced in 2009, our Neighbourhood Grants provide ongoing support to more than 150 community groups across Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. A percentage of our sales is invested into the program, with the current total investment exceeding $500,000.
Communities that have participated in the program include Williams Landing and Carlingford in Victoria, Ellendale in Queensland, Bushmead, Emerald Park, The Rivergums, Millars Landing, Ariella Private Estate, Harrisdale Green, The Brook at Byford and Byford on the Scarp in Western Australia.

Cedar Woods is a proud supporter of the Australian Defence Force Reserves. We have initiated an Army Reserves leave policy to support our staff who have committed to and contributed their time to help protect the nation.
Our policy goes beyond the legislative requirements by providing any Employer Support Payment Scheme (ESPS) funds received to the employee as additional remuneration.
