The Williams Landing Shopping Centre was developed by Cedar Woods in 2014 and was sold in March 2024 to Home.Co, a national shopping centre owner and operator.

Now operating as Home.Co Williams Landing, the centre is located in the heart of the Williams Landing Town Centre, approximately 20 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.

The architecturally designed shopping centre is anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and includes a Zap Fitness gym, a 106-place childcare centre, a medical centre, and more than 25 speciality retailers.

The centre also incorporates approximately 1,800 square metres of office space, along with a dining precinct offering a diverse range of cuisines.

Home.Co Williams Landing is within walking distance of the Williams Landing train station and benefits from strong connectivity via surrounding arterial roads, with direct freeway access.
