88 Leveson is a completed boutique residential development comprising a limited collection of architecturally designed three and four-bedroom townhomes in one of Melbourne’s most established inner-city suburbs.

The project delivered a series of multi-level townhomes defined by bold exterior architecture, thoughtful spatial planning, and high-quality finishes. The design referenced North Melbourne’s industrial heritage, reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural lens to create residences that balance character with modern city living.

Each home was designed to maximise natural light and internal flexibility, featuring open-plan living zones and full-height glazing. Select residences incorporated premium lifestyle features such as private lifts, whole-floor master suites, and private rooftop terraces with expansive urban outlooks.

Interiors were envisioned by Adele Bates and delivered to a high standard, with a refined palette of timber flooring, wool carpets and stone benchtops creating a timeless and cohesive aesthetic. The completed development sits comfortably within North Melbourne’s eclectic streetscape and contributes to the suburb’s evolving residential character.
