The 3,126 square metre office building was pre-sold in 2018 and fully pre-leased to the Assistant Treasurer for and on behalf of the State Government of Victoria, under a secure 15-year lease agreement.

The building contributes to the continued growth and vibrancy of Williams Landing, with approximately 170 government employees working on site.
