Welcoming Residents Home to Incontro Subiaco

Residents of the 41 architecturally designed townhomes at Incontro Subiaco have recently settled into their new homes. Incontro is the result of a collaboration between Cedar Woods, DKO Architecture, and Webb & Brown-Neaves and showcases our commitment to quality and thoughtful design. These townhomes offer contemporary urban living to meet the ever-growing demand for premium residences in established locations.

On settlement day, Subiaco’s newest residents were greeted with a warm welcome, complete with a vibrant orange bow on their doorstep and a gorgeous hamper filled with goodies to enjoy in their new home. Residents were also given a welcome pack with all the essential information to settle into their new home. Tote bags for the local Farmers Market and the latest neighbourhood magazine showcasing local businesses and events rounded out the settlement experience, making it one to remember.

The high-quality finishes and attention to detail of the townhomes have been praised by residents, with our dedicated team and skilled tradespeople being recognised for their professionalism and top-notch service.

Placemaking was integral to the early planning of Incontro, aiming to provide our residents with a strong connection to their community. Cedar Woods engaged local artist Peter McMeikan to create meaningful public art which celebrates the Wembley TAFE, formerly located on the site. These captivating artworks pay homage to the former students, incorporating the trade tools, equipment, and instruments integral to their education. By honouring the past, we strive to foster a genuine sense of belonging for our residents, ensuring their homes are deeply connected to the rich heritage of the community.

Creating a harmonious balance between urban living and natural surrounds, the Incontro townhomes have been designed to seamlessly blend into and celebrate the existing Subi neighbourhood and proved popular to a diverse range of homebuyers, selling out in just a few months after their launch to market in late 2020.

While the Incontro townhomes are now sold out, the Incontro apartments will be launching in the future. Stay tuned for the next chapter of exceptional urban living in the heart of Subiaco.
