Demand continues to grow for apartments in Melbourne's west
1 July 2021
In response to market demand from owner occupiers looking for lower density apartment living options, Cedar Woods has crafted a precinct with three low-rise offerings, totalling 100 apartments on the doorstep of the Williams Landing town centre. The first to launch was Bennett’s Row, which reached 40 per cent sold within one week of launching.
Cedar Woods’ Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Archer explains why apartments in Williams Landing have been so popular.
“Since we began offering apartments within our masterplan, we have seen the popularity continue to grow, not just with investors, but with first home buyers and existing homeowners” he said.
Bennett’s Row, designed by award-winning DKO Architects, will feature 19 one and two-bedroom apartments within a low density three-storey walk up building.
Following Bennett’s Row, Cedar Woods will soon launch Hewitt Apartments, which will be home to 41 apartments across five levels.
According to Mr Archer, the timing of Hewitt Apartments will cater to potential purchasers that miss out on Bennett’s Row.
“Bennett’s Row sold faster than we expected, which demonstrates the depth of interest in well-designed suburban apartments” he said.
“Bennett’s Row and Hewitt are uniquely positioned to offer the best of Williams Landing town centre living, while just a short stroll from neighbourhood parks and walking trails.”
