Sales Consultant

We currently have an opportunity available for a Full Time – dynamic, highly motivated Sales Consultant to manage our Williams Landing project from the on-site display suite. You will be joining our sales team to deliver best practice customer service.

Some duties will include:

  • Staffing and maintaining the onsite sales office 5 days per week, including weekends
  • Welcoming our visitors to the sales office and dealing with all enquiry
  • Nurturing leads on our CRM database
  • Selling land and proposed built form projects on the estate
  • Meeting KPI’s as set by Management
  • Preparing and signing contracts
  • Networking with the local builders and agents for referral business
  • General sales administration including reporting

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Previous Real Estate with off the plan sales experience required
  • Additional Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
  • Drivers licence and own motor vehicle
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey clear messages both verbal and written
  • A second language would be advantageous but English needs to be fluent
  • Customer service focus with ability to meet and exceed customer service expectations
