We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant within our Melbourne office. This role presents a unique opportunity to achieve the company’s sales targets and deliver best practice customer service.

You will have a proven track record of achieving strong sales results with 'off the plan' sales experience. Key to your success will be your focus, commitment and ability to market your project effectively and negotiate customer interest to a sale and then settlement.

Some duties will include:

  • Facilitate sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
  • Staff the onsite sales office.
  • Manage other Sales Assistants
  • Source, develop and maintain relationships with alternative sales channels.
  • Provide input to the marketing team into all advertising material including newspapers, radio, television, brochures, advertising flyers, web-site, point of sale material and all display material for the project.
  • Assist with the preparation of the necessary contractual documentation for sales.
  • Provide regular analysis of competitor projects and preparation of reports.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A current registration as an Agents Representative (or Estate Agent) from Consumer Affairs Victoria
  • At least 3 years’ Real Estate sales experience in similar capacity ideally from another developer or an agency.
  • Relevant off the plan built form sales experience.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and supreme people skills.
  • Team player as must integrate strongly with marketing, development and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor Sales Assistants.
  • Proven track record of prospecting leads, closing deals, negotiating and dealing with strong and tough markets/projects.
