Its main interests are in urban land subdivision for residential, commercial and industrial purposes. Its portfolio of assets is located in both Western Australia and Victoria.

The Company is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the security code CWP.

The Board and management of Cedar Woods Properties Limited has extensive experience in the property industry with particular expertise in adding value to land holdings, through the achievement of government and local authority approvals and the planning and design process.
