SUTTON'S FARM

Sutton's Farm Heritage Site was purchased in 1990 and sits within Cedar Woods' award-winning Port Mandurah canal estate.

Focused on maintaining the rich cultural heritage of the area, the three remaining farm buildings on the site have been restored with the cooperation of the Heritage Council of Western Australia and will be retained as part of the redevelopment in a parkland setting.  The parkland will also conserve a heritage listed Norfolk Pine Tree, which is a local landmark.

Work is continuing on developing an appropriate design for residential lots surrounding the historic Heritage Site, to fully integrate it with the local community and provide the focal point for this important site to be recognised and celebrated.
