On 19th August 2010 Cedar Woods announced that it had arranged a new $110m 3-year corporate finance facility with ANZ bank, with initial funding anticipated on 31st August 2010.

Cedar Woods is pleased to advise that financial close was achieved today and funding has now commenced under the new facility as anticipated.
