Mr Hames is a co-founder of Cedar Woods Properties Limited. He is an architect and town planner by profession, and received a Masters Degree in City Planning and Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, at Harvard University in Boston. He worked in the US property development market before returning to Australia in 1975 and establishing Hames Sharley Australia, an Architectural and Town Planning Consulting company which has offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Brown is Executive Chairman of Westland Housing Society, Director of Australian Wine Holdings Ltd, and Past President of the Federation of Building Societies of W.A. He has participated in and chaired various Western Australian government advisory committees related to the housing industry. Mr Brown is Executive Chairman of several family companies involved in various business activities.

Mr Packer is a businessman with a wide range of property experience in the public and private arena. He is the former Managing Director of PA Property Trust and is currently the Chairman of Terrace Properties and Investments Pty Ltd. Mr Packer was appointed on 9 June 2006.

Mr Paul S Sadleir

Mr Sadleir has extensive experience in the property sector and previously was manager of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust. Mr Sadleir holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from the University of Western Australia and has completed a number of senior management programs, including the AIM – Harvard Business School Executive Forum. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an affiliate of the Australian Property Institute. Mr Sadleir brings to Company extensive skills in strategic planning, portfolio management, acquisition analysis, equity and finance raising, and investor relations management.
