Cedar Woods Properties Limited is an Australian property development Company. The Company was established in 1987, and has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1994.

The Company’s principal interests are in urban land and built form development for residential, industrial and commercial purposes. Its portfolio of assets is located in Victoria and Western Australia. The Company is renowned for its premium residential developments and the quality of its portfolio. Projects within the portfolio are diverse and include apartment projects, integrated housing developments, business parks, mixed use developments and several large scale master planned communities. All projects have a focus on innovation and sustainability and the Company holds numerous awards for its projects.

The Board and management of Cedar Woods have extensive experience in the property industry with particular emphasis in adding value to land holdings, through the achievement of government and local authority approvals and the planning and design process. We have proven experience in successful public / private partnerships and joint venture arrangements. The Company is currently engaged in two joint ventures with the State Government of Western Australia and in one with private entity Bank West.
